- Lab orders can be canceled and refunded in full within 21 days prior to submitting samples at the collection facility.
- No refunds will be issued if samples have already been collected.
- Cancellation requests made 21 days after purchase are eligible for a refund less a $10 processing fee.
- If your lab order has not been used within 90 days of purchase, it will be cancelled without refund.
- Refunds are issued to the card used to initially purchase the lab order only. If funds cannot be accessed or returned to the originating card, no other method of reimbursement can be offered other than a credit for future testing.

RESULTS
Test results are processed in typically 24-72 hours. You can access your results online through a secure patient login, or by calling one of our care counselors. Treatment options are available as well.
